This trajectorie emphasizes the male employer, micro business owner, which gives the opportunity to a woman with extensive "formal" training but without any work experience. It is this person, and the relationship established between the mentor and the empoyee, which largely explains their working career. One interviewee explains the solidarity his boss felt for her for being a minority or being in an inferior position and systematically mistreated:
